Busy Weekend with Friends

A Long Lost Friend....Found
Over the years I have been searching for a very dear friend on the internet, we had lost touch with each after I had moved, I would look for a day, and forget about it again, this has been going on for years, till one day last year, I found a death notice, about her husband, what a way to find a friend, I printed out the notice, forgot about it, and came across it again a year later. I sent a card and put in my phone number and a picture of my family. It was about 3 weeks, and I didn't hear anything, thinking it was the wrong person. Joe and I were out for day, and she called, she left a message. That night she called again, we talked for hours, made plans to meet. It was funny because as many times as I thought of her, she said I would pop up in one of her dreams, and the week before she got the card, I was in her dream again. Well, this past Sunday we met! We had a wonderful visit! Her sister, Lorraine, was there and we talked about old times and the fun that we had. We are making plans to get together again soon. Sylvia, Me and Lorraine.

I can relate to this! I too lost a good friend over time and we were reconnected a few years ago via classmates. She lived about 70 miles from me the whole time! LOL We still finish each others sentences etc...just like in high school 40 years ago. Ha! scared her daughter to death the way we thought so much alike! Enjoy the newly found friendship!
