I am very surprised at myself as to how far I got, I know to some of you it doesn't look like much, but being a mood stitcher (
when I'm in the mood to stitch) somehow I don't have the mood to stitch everyday! I started working on this, a few years back, my husband picked this out for Andrea, at the time, she wasn't going out with anyone special, but since Joe passed away, I thought I would still get this done for her, she found the man of her dreams, last February 2011, and got engaged in March, and married in September of 2011. I didn't have time to get it finished! This is what it looked liked as of, the last time I worked on it was sometime back in October of 2009.

When I started back on it in January of 2012 |
This is where I am as of February 5, 2012 I am hoping to get this done by her First Anniversary! I still have another Wedding Sampler to get started on for my nephew's wedding this coming September, his is going to be a Wedding Tree, from
Nouveau Encore Designs, I want to start that soon... So a drum roll....this is where I am at now! It doesn't look like much, but to me it does!

I would still work on this but I am getting bored with it at the moment, so next on the list will be my 40th Anniversary Sampler (August of 2012), now a Memorial Sampler to my husband, sad to say after he passed away in March of 2010, I couldn't work on it for a whole year. I worked on it for a few weeks in October of 2011, this is where I left off, page 2 of 12!
Enjoy!

Both of these samplers are so beautiful Mary and I can definitely see the progress you made. Great job!! (Love your blog header pic, too) :)
Great progress!
I think you made great progress. I love your Q-snaps covers. You have inspired me to make a couple of my own.
Great progress and i love the samplers.
Hugs Yvon.
I'd say that you made wonderful progress! Good luck on the other projects.
Wonderful progress. Good luck on the samplers.
great progress ^^
Well done!
You have made wonderful progress! I am so sorry for your loss, I know it must be so hard to work on both of those pieces.
I think you made a lot of progress on Andrea's sampler. It will mean so much since Joe picked it out for her. Your other sampler looks good, too.
I wish you well on your anniversary/memorial piece. It is going to be beautiful.
Nineteen years ago I was working on an Emmie Bishop Love sampler when my husband died. I look at it once in a while, but haven't stitched on it. Maybe one of these days.
