I came across a pair of Joe's old boots, thinking I had gotten rid of all of them, but very happy that I didn't...because it is now a planter! I water proofed the boot again, and put the plant in it! So far so good! I will need to get another plant so that I can use both boots! My kids thought that I was bit strange on doing this....but I have seen stranger yard decor than this! Now he can enjoy the yard with the rest of us!
I have been stitching on Andrea's wedding sampler, hoping to get it finished for their 1st Anniversary in September! At the moment I am getting bored with it, so I might put it on the side for a week, and pick up something else to work on!
Last Wednesday night at David's there was a bad storm, Lightning and Thunder, I sat on his back porch to watch the show I love storms like that!

We had a storm that came through this morning, high winds, pouring rain....the whole 9 yards! Uprooted my screen house from the cement, that it was screwed into! I have to go out and fix it now, but will have to wait for David on Wednesday to see what else would have to be done.
